Refund policy

At Furiend™, every piece is made with care to celebrate the bond between you and your pet. We want you to love your order, and we do our best to make sure it’s just right.

Exchanges
    •    If we made a mistake (wrong size, wrong item, or manufacturer defect), we’ll make it right with free size exchanges.
    •    If you ordered the wrong size: No worries! You can still exchange it. A small exchange fee will apply to cover costs or we’ll give you 50% off a new order in the correct size.
    •    Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll review your case. Requests must be received within 7 days for approval. 

Returns
Because our products are custom-made, we are not able to accept returns for refunds in most cases.

Refunds (Special Cases)
Refunds are only offered in special circumstances (such as damaged items that cannot be replaced). If you believe your order qualifies, reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll review your case.

    2.    Let us know what went wrong and include photos if possible.
    3.    Our team will guide you through the next steps quickly.
