We’ll replace your item if:

You ordered the wrong size (1 replacement allowed within 30 days).

The product is damaged due to normal use within 12 months (hardware breakage, material fray, or clasp issues).
Terms & Conditions
To avoid abuse and set clear limits, include this language:

Non-Refundable: The $14.99 warranty fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other orders.

Proof of Purchase Required: Warranty claims must include the original order number and photos of the issue.

One replacement per purchased warranty plan.

Coverage is limited to normal use only (excludes chewing, intentional damage, exposure to extreme conditions, or modifications).
